It is amazing how different a person's perspective can be. It is also very easy to look at someone else and think they have the world in their hands, but fail to see how lucky we are ourselves.
Why do drama queens always claim to hate drama, when they invite more drama into their lives than anyone? It is because drama queens crave attention so much that they create the drama to attract the interest of others. They claim to hate drama to excuse themselves from having so much. It is a diversionary tactic used in an attempt to hide their NEED for drama from others, because they know what a derogatory word; "DRAMA" is.
A drama queen is someone that frequently exhibits a "woe is me" attitude, while half heartedly trying to say that their life is awesome. They reveal just enough self pity that others will know they have something on their mind, but want someone to ASK them to talk about it, as if it is being DRAGGED out of them.
A drama queen is usually shallow. From my experience, MOST women are drama queens.
I think dramatic royalty is contageous.

Chaos
A lot since my last blog, new friends, new home- what ya gonna do?
I have been talking to someone for awhile now, who always makes me smile. She has been a friend for quite some time and lately I find myself thinking of her a lot more than I ever expected to. I guess thats a good thing too because someone else I have been talking to is revealing herself to be full of shit about most of what she told me about herself and who she is. A bit of a fraud, whether she knew it before or not. I am not surprised, they all do eventually show to be "different" than they present themselves to be. I am sure women would say guys are the same way- but I dont date guys, so who cares!? I know, selfish of me right!? Maybe it is about time I started thinking of JUST myself for once....
Meanwhile, while visiting my father at my sisters house, my room-mate had a party and got us kicked out of our place. I found another apartment, but I am going to miss the lake.
Oh well, turn the page....

Got up this morning to find our unwanted visitor with is head stuck in the mouse trap. The little bastard had already cleaned off the other 2 traps before he got bit by the last one. Greed, aint it a bitch!?
Had some coffee then walked a mile and then I had an awesome breakfast. I wonder if I should have ate before I walked? Oh well, its the thought that counts right!?
I dont plan on doing too much so there may be a few blogs here today. I would like to work on my book and I think I have a few more pages in me at the moment, but I'll probably pop in to write here whenever I get brain gas, just to keep me loose. I need to get serious about writing, especially while I have so much free time on my hands.

Sunday was a blast. Went out on a different lake for a change, drank a bottle of Jack and got plastered. Jumped off the boat in my clothes; hat, shades and all - did a little dance, made a little love, got down last night! (ok, I didnt make any love but it sounded good in there)- The girls shot video! (uh oh, havent seen it yet.)
After that, we had a cookout and then went to the bar for a friends birthday party. For some reason I felt the need to do a shot of Cuervo, and it actually snapped me out of my Jack buzz that I was already coming down from - woke me up. Sang a few songs via karaoke, drank some more Jack partied my ass off. Never knew there were so many hotties in this area - but then last night a tree would have looked good to me! (no offense to the "hotties")

Mud Blog
Mud bogs were cool but we got there a little late. It looked as if all the big dogs had gone home already. It was still fun watching the trucks that were left zooming around in the swamp.
Surprisingly the truck that seemed the most reliable didnt even have a lift kit or big tires. It was an older Chevy S-10 pickup with the bed removed.
I think I am going over to see what the neighbor ladies are upto tonight. They're outside having a lot of fun (at least it sounds like it) around the bonfire. Sure beats sitting around here poking at this keyboard.

Well, I have been out fishing quite a lot lately and its starting to bore me. I was invited to go watch some mud bogs and it sounds like a nice change in the routine, so thats what Im going to do today.
I stayed in last night, didnt do much of anything. Charter Cable could do a better job with their On Demand Free Movie selection, since I rarely even watch TV and the last time I did, the same movies were offered. Strangely enough, they all still say "new" next to them. Most of the free movies they offer can be seen on the regular channels, and I wouldnt complain (as much) if you werent still forced to watch commercials. Granted, they are fewer- but when a person watches a "movie channel" they do NOT want to see commercials! Dont you network nitwits (a.k.a. NETwits) already whore yourselves out to the corporations enough? It is no wonder that TV sucks so bad these days, its owned by the corporations and politicians. You cant trust the news on the mainstream airways at all anymore! Fucking communists!
WOW, where did that come from??? I tried to convince myself I could have a blog without it getting all political and junk, but I am losing faith in that conviction.

I have at least 3 books to write. I dont know where to begin. I start out going strong, but then I lose the urge to write and sometimes it takes months to get it back.
Today has been pretty uneventful, but I think I will see about running for Mayor in this town I am living in. I dont even know if there is such a position available in this town. Are there Mayors in every town? Hmm, I guess I gotta go Google some stuff....

Snap out of it. Dont be a sucker!
Seriously people, do your homework! Your politicians are counting on your ignorance. They are telling everyone that anyone opposed to socialized medicine is anti-American (among other things). They are saying that everyone that has voiced their disapproval for the health care plan being proposed is working for Republicans and spreading lies through scare tactics. PLEASE, prove everyone wrong and show the world that you aren't as ignorant as the politicians are hoping you are.
First of all, it isn't JUST Republicans that are opposed to the government health care plan. Many of the people you have seen on TV are Democrats who in fact voted for Obama. Obviously, if a district is represented by a Democrat, that means that the majority of that district voted for a Democrat. Chances are, the majority of people that desire to see their representative face to face will be Democrats too. This means that the majority of the people at the "Town Hall" meetings will probably be Democrats as well. So, if that all makes sense to you, you should also think it reasonable that the mobs of people screaming in disapproval at these representatives are the same people that voted for them.
Don't buy into the propaganda that these mobs are made up mostly of people from the other party. These are not terrorists as your queen Pelosi would suggest, but instead the same people that agreed with your choice to vote for these people. Do your homework on how social medicine works in all these other nations they try to use as good examples. Do your homework, but stay away from liberally operated media whores. I am not telling you to watch Fox News, because surely your eyeballs will melt - but I do recommend that you sniff out all the B.S. like an intelligent person would do, and discern what hogwash you are being fed (or would it be bullwash?).
Ask yourself, actually don't ask yourself; do the research to see just how well the Feds run programs. Take a look at the books for Medicare, Social Security, Fannie and Freddie, the national budget, foreign affairs and everything else the government tries to run and maintain- and you will see that they are INCAPABLE of running ANY program, let alone health care for the whole country. This point alone should be enough for you all to realize that a federally operated health care system would be a complete failure. The only federal program that is not bankrupt and runs fairly well is our military. Aside from that, virtually every other program is a disaster.
Granted, there does need to be some change in our health care system. The majority of people in this country would agree to that, no matter what party they support. However, to allow this corrupt, incompetent government of ours to have complete control over our health care needs would be the DUMBEST thing Americans have EVER done. It would pave the way to the destruction of our liberty and freedoms that we so cherish. If you think I am lying to you, have a look at Russia. It WILL be our future.
Every movie you have ever seen where the "good guys" are living in sewers to hide from the imperialistic government will become reality. They have already begun to brainwash people. Just look at how ignorant the average American has become, ironically in a time when we have access to the most information anyone has ever had- people choose to NOT learn. Woe is the time when we become too lazy to even think.

Could I be psychic, or just too damn gifted?
Well, I predicted snow by the end of September but after last nights frost it feels like snow may come sooner than I could have even imagined.
On a side note, do you ever get the feeling someone isnt being completely honest with you and no matter how much they try to convince you they arent hiding something, your gut tells you that they are? Well, I do. What about when you are being completely honest with someone and no matter how hard you try to convince them that you are, they sense that you arent? Just what is that all about?
Do you think that just because someone is nice to you that they want more from you than they lead on? Sometimes I do, so it wouldnt be a surprise if others feel the same way about me at times. What can I say? I like to make people feel good. Is that a crime? I like when people make me feel good too!
I have heard it said that God sometimes puts people in your life only for a season, but when you dont believe that God medals in such affairs the only thing you have left is...well...laughter, I guess!?

Quitters never win?
I am seriously considering becoming a non-smoker. I have always said; "I hate a quitter" but I can think of many ways that becoming a quitter of this disgusting habit could make me a winner. Aside from the health benefits, the price of cigarettes is through the roof because of the unconstitutional taxes that have been placed on tobacco products. After taxes, I am paying almost as much for cigarettes each month as I am for rent. Add this to the new tax which will soon be levied against soft drinks and my new addiction to Diet Pepsi will drive me into bankruptcy! Thanks Uncle Sam, you fucking JERK!!!
Thankfully I have recently met someone that is an inspiration to me. I even woke up today to brave the freezing weather (this is August?) to take a walk. Strangely enough, after my walk I craved a smoke. But then, I crave cigarettes for every occasion that I have conveniently deemed worthy of a puff. Oh the rewards!
Yet still, I wanna quit. We will see how it goes. The sad thing is, that with every thought of quitting, I feel like a need to smoke even more.

Sometimes I like to hide under a hat and behind sunglasses. Even if the armor isnt made of steel, I can feel quite safe sporting a cap and shades.
